Yes — it's built for it: hosting and database in Frankfurt, no cookies, no tracking, anonymous chat sessions, automatic deletion after 90 days, and a DPA included right when you install. Details in our privacy policy.
How long does setup take?

What counts as a conversation?
One complete conversation — no matter how many messages it contains. Many competitors count individual messages or replies; 50 conversations on the Free plan is therefore far more than it sounds.
How does the AI know what to recommend?
Exclusively from your store: product data, descriptions, policy pages, and your settings. The better your content, the better the advice — the content optimizer on the Pro plan helps with exactly that.
How do I cancel?
